Asking Lou about your KPIs

Have Lou walk through a scorecard, explain why a ratio moved, or show you how one is calculated.

Analyze a scorecard

In Manage Scorecards, pick a scorecard and choose Analyze. Lou opens with the scorecard's KPIs for the latest month and how each is trending, then offers to:

  • show the 3-month trend,
  • show the 12-month trend, or
  • walk you through how one of them is calculated.

From there, ask him anything.

Ask about any KPI

Ask Lou on the KPI page knows the period and the KPIs you're looking at, so you can ask directly:

  • "Why did our current ratio drop in March?"
  • "What's driving AR days up this quarter?"
  • "How is EBITDA calculated here?"
