Scorecards
Pick the KPIs that matter for one audience, like your bank or your board, and see them for the last three years on one page.
Where to find it
On the KPI page, the Scorecard tab opens first. Manage Scorecards is where you choose, create and change them.
Ready-made scorecards
Six are ready to use:
- Bank Loan Package
- Cash Flow Management
- Board of Directors
- Investor Pitch
- Owner Monthly Pulse
- Budget vs Actuals
They're marked (Preset) and can't be changed, but you can copy one and change the copy.
Making your own
Choose New, give it a name, and tick the KPIs you want, grouped by category. To start from another scorecard, pick it under Copy from. Edit changes one you made; Delete removes it.
Your scorecards are your own: other people on your company's account don't see them.
Reading a scorecard
Each KPI, grouped by category, with its value for the last three years, newest first. Expand a year to see its months. Click a KPI to chart it below the table, and remove the chart when you're done.
The Best In Class and Market Median columns are for comparing with your industry. Industry comparisons are still being built, so these figures are provisional, and they need your company's NAICS industry code: if it's missing, the page offers a link to add it.
Asking Lou
Analyze opens Lou with a summary of the scorecard. It appears when AI is turned on for your company. See Asking Lou about your KPIs.
