Exporting your KPIs

Send your KPIs as a PDF or Excel file, or email them, with the charts, forecast and underlying numbers you choose.

Opening it

On the KPI page, choose Export KPIs. Pick PDF, Excel or Email.

Which KPIs

The current KPI, all of them, one or more categories, or the KPIs you pick. If you're showing an overlay, it exports as one combined chart; in year over year, the current KPI is exported.

What to include

  • Header: your logo and your company's name.
  • Forecast and Underlying Numbers, on a separate page or under each chart.
  • Change values, end of prior year, data labels (PDF) and formulas.
  • PDF: landscape or portrait, and the chart type.
  • Excel: all KPIs on one sheet or a sheet per category, with an optional sheet of the underlying data.

Emailing it

Choose recipients from your team and your company's contacts, or type any address, add a subject and a message, and attach a PDF, an Excel file, or both.

Scorecards can't be exported yet.
