How Lou handles your data
What Lou can read, what's sent to our AI provider, and how changes are approved.
In short
- AI is off until your company turns it on.
- Lou reads only through a fixed set of lookups, for your company only, and his figures come from the app's own calculations.
- One AI provider, Anthropic, under commercial terms that don't allow your data to be used for training.
- Nothing Lou proposes is saved until you approve it, except notes, which he confirms with you first.
- Conversations are deleted 90 days after their last activity.
