PDF and Excel exports

Every statement and schedule exports to PDF and Excel, with your logo and the options your bank or board expects.

What exports

These export to both PDF and Excel:

  • Trial Balance
  • Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement
  • Consolidated and consolidating statements
  • KPIs (see Exporting your KPIs)
  • Budget Analysis
  • Forecasts
  • Loan amortization schedules
  • The depreciation schedule for all your assets

A single asset's depreciation schedule exports as CSV. Scorecards can't be exported yet.

Look for Export on the page, or in its toolbar.
