Reporting an issue or asking for help
Send us a report from any page, with a screenshot taken for you, and we'll follow it up as a support ticket.
Sending a report
Choose Report Feedback in the side menu, or press Ctrl+Shift+B from any page. Ask Lou takes a screenshot of what you're looking at and attaches it; you can mark it up to point at the problem.
In Submit Feedback:
- Priority:
- Low: a minor issue, with a workaround.
- Medium: it affects your work but doesn't block it.
- High: it significantly affects your work.
- Critical: you can't carry on.
- Type: what kind of report it is.
- Description: what happened, and what you expected.
- Attach files if they help: PDF, Excel, CSV, text, log, PNG or JPG files, up to 50 MB each.
Anyone on your team can send one. It becomes a support ticket: see Your support tickets.
What helps us most
- The page you were on and what you clicked.
- The period, statement or account involved.
- Any message you saw, word for word.
- Whether it happens every time.
A quick question instead
